Settings

There is no user or workspace system yet - Arbix runs as a single-tenant tool. The live, changeable settings that do exist are the simulation controls on the Strategies and Scanner pages.

Live: paper-trading settings (trigger, slippage, budgets) in Simulation Controls.
Not built: profiles, teams, roles, workspace preferences.
Scanner pairs and fees are configured in the backend config for now.
